Take inventory of the following:
Your food choices
Amount of exercise
Emotional health
The time you give yourself
Alcohol use
Social media consumption
Creativity
Spiritual nourishment
Sleep quality and quantity
Your happiness
Every single item on this list is a direct reflection of the degree at which you love YOU.
When you decide you’ve had enough of your misery, there is a door to a lighter path. The first step, choose you. Fight for yourself. Decide today that you deserve freedom from your suffering.
For yourself.
For your children.
The truth of who you are is waiting to be remembered. Sometimes you just need a helping hand.
